We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for cash, credit, or the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy

If you purchased an item at one of our in-person events and need a different size or would like to exchange it, we will gladly exchange it within 48 hours of the original purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Exchanges are limited to available inventory at the time of the exchange.

• Exchanges must be completed in person at one of our scheduled events within 48 hours of the purchase date.

If the desired item is unavailable, no refund, store credit, or rain check will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Information

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider's authorization and verification process.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (if applicable).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.
